1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 777gam platform ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777gam. They apply to all versions of the Platform, including the website at 777gam.app and any Android application distributed by 777gam. Use of the Platform from any location, including Pakistan, constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 777gam. Creating an account on behalf of, or allowing access to, any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777gam will take all reasonable steps to verify player age, including mandatory identity verification (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal.

2.2 Registration

To access real-money features of 777gam, you must register a single account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You may hold only one active account. Maintaining duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

2.3 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of 777gam is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777gam does not represent that its services are legal in all locations. Pakistani players are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and provincial laws governing online gambling and sports betting. 777gam accepts no liability for a player's failure to comply with local legislation.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, 777gam requires identity verification. You must submit a valid, legible copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport. 777gam may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered in your name). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777gam login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777gam will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your 777gam account, you must notify us immediately via the live support chat. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account security settings, as an additional safeguard.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

777gam accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. Deposits are credited to your 777gam wallet upon confirmation of receipt. 777gam does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. 777gam targets withdrawal processing within 24–72 hours of request approval; actual timing depends on your payment provider. 777gam reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. 777gam may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 777gam are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type (sports betting, casino, slots, bingo, fishing games). General rules are:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the player except where 777gam expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for the specific market.
• 777gam reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, obvious pricing mistake, or data feed failure has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. These are displayed in the relevant product section.
• Suspicious betting patterns, arbitrage activity, or use of automated betting tools ("bots") may result in bet voidance and account suspension.
• For cricket markets (including PSL, international T20s, and Test matches), results are determined by the official outcome as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonus, free bet, or promotional offer provided by 777gam is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
• 777gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including via multiple accounts or collusion with other players, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation. We encourage all players to use these features proactively.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777gam and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Attempting to manipulate or exploit game mechanics, software bugs, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on 777gam.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on the Platform (money laundering).
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777gam Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game software, text, and interface design, is the property of 777gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 777gam content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. 777gam's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Platform Availability

777gam does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 777gam will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777gam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of 777gam following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of 777gam that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by 777gam. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
